At Berry Flora, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. As our products are handcrafted using fresh flowers and perishable chocolate-dipped strawberries, we kindly ask customers to review the following policy carefully.
Fresh & Perishable Products
All Berry Flora arrangements are prepared fresh upon order confirmation. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and strawberries, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Order Issues & Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and may offer:
- Replacement of the affected product
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
- Minor variations in flowers, strawberries, colors, or packaging due to seasonal availability
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or external courier circumstances
- Personal preference changes after delivery
Product Variations
As flowers are natural products and arrangements are handcrafted, slight variations in flower shades, wrapping, decoration, or strawberry designs may occur while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited timeframe after placement and before preparation begins.
Once production or preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.
For custom event orders, large arrangements, or corporate orders, cancellation terms may vary depending on the order scope.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery Responsibility
Berry Flora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Recipient unavailability
- Restricted access locations
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery requests.
Food Safety & Storage
Chocolate-dipped strawberries should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed within 24 hours for the best quality and freshness.
